The Residences designed by sudio RHE is a dramatic Seychelles project for Six Senses resorts. As part of the Seychelles’ Six Senses resort, the residences elegantly perched on the hillsides of Félicité’s coastline. Also, gazing towards the blue Indian Ocean waters. Mixing dramatic landscapes, warm climes and powerful, futuristic lines, the Zil Pasyon residences by Studio RHE are as eye catching a piece of architecture.
Making the most out of the project’s location and the island breeze, the houses is in a design way that cleverly uses natural ventilation throughout. In addition to this, based on the landscape’s tones and materials, the residences composes structures in black granite. Also, it’s geometric forms contrast with the soft weathered forms of the island. Meanwhile, the owners of the private residences will have full access to all the facilities of the wider Six Senses resort. Such as private steam showers, 180-degree ocean views and one that even designed to create the illusion of being suspended above the ocean. With spacious living areas and floor to ceiling windows, the Residences offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean that the hilltop location allows for.
Moreover, minimalist interiors open up to large outdoor areas on different levels, swimming pools and floor to ceiling openings that celebrate the natural setting. At the same time, the beautiful Seychelles light softly filtered through the pool’s waters and into the living spaces below. After all, the residences are the truly wonderful and ideal place to relax and enjoy the values of the life.

Text by the Architects: The Residences are part of a collection of four 3-5 bedroom houses ranging in size from 7,000-15,000 sq ft.
Situated on the island of Félicité in the Seychelles, they rise as linear geometric forms from the natural chaos of weathered granitic outcrops that are peculiar to the local landscape.
