The two-story structure features a minimalist yet inviting design, with a central glazed courtyard that serves as the focal point of the interior layout. This courtyard organizes the flow of the home, connecting the East and West wings and providing access to the upper level via a gracefully designed staircase.

The entrance to the property is marked by a reception area with outdoor parking, ensuring convenience for guests and residents alike.
