Vanessa Weekend Villa, a creation by The Grid Architects that seamlessly weaves light, air, greenery, and panoramic views into its architectural tapestry. This abode embodies a holistic approach, fostering an innate connection with nature to evoke tranquility and harmony.
Nestled in a picturesque location, Vanessa Villa engages intimately with its surroundings, embracing native materials and embodying the hues and textures of the regional stone. The architecture, devoid of ostentation, prioritizes functionality, creating a balanced coexistence with the environment. Climate responsiveness is paramount, with recessed windows and terraces strategically placed to harmonize with the local climate.
Once inside, the layout unfolds organically, reflecting the family’s unique needs. The indoor swimming pool and living room embrace you at the entrance, connected by a double height staircase leading to more private areas. The living room extends seamlessly to the kitchen and opens to an expansive garden, featuring a cascading rockfall waterfall, native plants, and comfortable seating, include the traditional Indian swing, “jhula.”
Vanessa Villa is a haven crafted for evolving alongside the family, prioritizing comfort, intimacy, and meaningful connections. Rooted in the Biophilia framework, it maximizes natural elements to enhance indoor-outdoor living. This dwelling is a benchmark in conscientious architecture, addressing contemporary energy and environmental challenges while offering a real life experience of unity with nature.

This villa is a testament to thoughtful development, with 1/4th dedicated to the structure and the remaining 3/4th transformed into lush green landscapes. Sustainability takes center stage in the landscape design, with drought friendly plants fostering biodiversity and creating a haven for wildlife.
Personalized bedrooms feature a calming color palette, reflecting individual personalities.
The interior design is a tactile experience, with oak wood and natural stone blending effortlessly.

Ethos – The project explores the balance between modern comfort and ecological harmony in this beautiful natural world. The stress of urban living is well-known. Hectic schedules, uncomfortable commutes, lack of access to nature. This villa designed as an antidote to the cumulative effect of such pressures. The home crafted as a calming space that welcomes sunlight and greenery with open arms and adds their beneficial presence to soothing juxtapositions of pastels and timber following the philosophy of Biophilia.
