Architecture Design of RL House
Description About The Project
The RL House emerges gracefully from a mountainside, nestled in the scenic beauty of São Roque town, São Paulo State. Set amidst lush vegetation and boast mesmerizing sunsets, this location served as the muse for the architect to craft a home that not only celebrates nature. But also provides a tranquil retreat for its inhabitants. Employ a synergy of steel frames, expansive glass panels, and a seamless connection to the environment, this house stands as an ideal sanctuary for a young family.
Span across a 2,500m² sloping plot with two distinct plateaus, the house is spread over the first level. While the second level accommodates a sports court. An internal hallway links the house to a local street within the villa. The interior layout was meticulously designed for comfort and fluidity of space. On the other hand, the social zone, situated on the ground floor, encompasses a generous living area, dining room, and kitchen. All seamlessly integrated to foster harmonious communal living. Expansive sliding doors directly connect these spaces to the outdoor recreation area, which serves as a remarkable highlight of the project.
In addition to this, the upper floor houses spacious rooms that prioritize comfort and privacy. Generous windows and balconies provide sweeping scenic views. The master suite, in particular, boasts breathtaking sights of the mountainous landscape and the Western horizon, ensure a tranquil haven. Each room designed as a serene oasis, meticulously detailed to induce relaxation.
